Understanding the Credit Usage Dashboard

  • Updated

The Credit Usage dashboard provides a centralized view of your organization's credit pool, allocations, and consumption across supported product categories. It allows Admins to monitor credit usage and manage rate limits by category. See Understanding AI Credits.

With Credit Usage, you can:

  • View available credit balances and consumption history.
  • Configure tenant-level and user-level rate limits by category.
  • Monitor credit usage trends for auditing and planning.
  • Track credit expiration and renewal based on your contract.

Important: Credit usage history is retained for 1 year and is automatically removed after the retention period.

Access the Credit Usage Dashboard

To access the Credit Usage dashboard, from the left navigation bar, go to image.png Settings > System Monitoring > Credit Usage.

Important: You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase.

Credit Balance

The Credit Balance section provides a summary of your organization's credits, including:

  • Credits Remaining: The number of credits currently available.
  • Credits Purchased: The total number of credits purchased.
  • Credits Used: The total number of credits consumed.

Credit Consumption

The Credit Consumption section displays a trend chart showing credit consumption over time. Use this chart to monitor usage patterns and identify increases or decreases in consumption.

Credit Usage

The Credit Usage section shows credit allocation and consumption by category.

For each category, you can view:

Rate Limits

You can manage the following rate limits for each category:

  • Tenant-Level Rate Limits: The maximum number of credits all users can consume during each interval.
  • User-Level Rate Limits: The maximum number of credits an individual user can consume during each interval.

Tenant-level and user-level rate limits work together. Credits can be consumed only when both limits have available capacity.

If either limit is reached, users must wait until that limit resets before consuming more credits. If multiple intervals are enabled, all configured limits apply.

Important:

  • Monthly cap must be greater than or equal to weekly cap.
  • Weekly cap must be greater than or equal to daily cap.
  • Daily cap must be greater than or equal to hourly cap.
