Manage Demandbase Agentbase AI Features

  • Updated

Agentbase is Demandbase’s system of connected AI agents that combine data, automation, and generative AI. Administrators can manage Agentbase AI features at the following levels:

  • Tenant level: Enable or disable Agentbase for the entire organization.
  • Individual agent level: Enable or disable specific AI agents for the entire organization.
  • User level: Use permission sets to manage which users can access each AI agent. See Manage Agentbase AI Feature Permissions for Individual Users.

Demandbase evaluates these settings in order. If Agentbase or an individual AI agent is disabled at the tenant or agent level, it is unavailable to all users, regardless of their permission sets.

For a list of Demandbase Agentbase features and their AI credit usage, see Understanding AI Credits in Demandbase.

Important: Configure these settings in Demandbase One for Marketing (DB1M). The settings apply to both Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.
