Troubleshoot 500 Errors when Exporting
If you receive a 500 error when exporting data to Salesforce, the issue is typically caused by Salesforce IP restrictions. To resolve the issue, either relax the Salesforce Connected App IP restrictions or allow the Demandbase IP range.
Step 1: Check for IP Restrictions
Confirm whether your Salesforce organization enforces IP restrictions for Connected Apps or user logins. If you're unsure, contact your Salesforce administrator.
Step 2: Resolve the Issue
If IP restrictions are enabled, use one of the following methods.
Option 1 (Recommended): Relax Connected App IP Restrictions
- In Salesforce, go to Setup > App Manager.
- Open the Demandbase Connected App.
- Go to Manage > Edit Policies.
- Set IP Relaxation to Relax IP Restrictions.
Option 2: Allow the Demandbase IP Range
If your organization's Salesforce security policy does not allow you to relax Connected App IP restrictions, add the following Demandbase IP range to Salesforce Network Access or the appropriate User Profile:
- 52.4.63.192/27 (52.4.63.192–52.4.63.223)
