The CRM Campaign and Lists actions allow you to automatically take following actions with people in your CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM):
- Add to Campaign or List
- Remove from Campaign or List
- Change Status in Campaign (Salesforce and Dynamics only)
Prerequisites
- You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access to use Orchestration.
- Demandbase must be integrated with one of the following CRMs.:
- You must have active campaigns or lists in your CRM.
Add People to CRM Campaigns or Lists
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > your CRM.
- Salesforce: Add to Salesforce Campaign
- Dynamics: Add to Dynamics Campaign
- HubSpot: Add Contacts to List
- In the right sub-action panel, complete the following drop-downs:
- Campaign or List: Campaign or list to add people to.

Member Status: Status to assign people added to the campaign.
Tip: This option is only available for Salesforce and Dynamics.
- Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
Remove People from CRM Campaigns or Lists
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > your CRM.
- Salesforce: Remove from Salesforce Campaign
- Dynamics: Remove from Dynamics Campaign
- HubSpot: Remove Contacts from List
- In the right sub-action panel, go to the Campaign or List drop-down and select the campaign or list you want to remove people from.
- Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
Change Status for People in CRM Campaigns or Lists
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > your CRM.
- Salesforce: Change Status in Salesforce Campaign
- Dynamics: Change Status in Dynamics Campaign
- HubSpot: Change HubSpot Status
- In the right sub-action panel, complete the following drop-downs:
- Campaign or List: Campaign or list with the people whose statuses you want to change.

Member Status: New status to assign people.

- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
