Understanding the Site Customization Dashboards

  • Updated

Site Customization built-in Dashboards offer near real-time reporting, allowing you to measure the performance of Audiences built from your existing Account Lists.

Dashboards are available across all experiences as well as for individual experiences.

Dashboards allow you to:

  • Show the value of personalization with clear engagement metrics.
  • Compare performance across experiences (on the global Dashboard) using consistent, easy-to-understand reporting.
  • Optimize strategies by identifying which calls-to-action (CTAs) and modifications drive the highest click-through rates.

Important:

  • Data on a Dashboard typically appears within 30 minutes of the event.
  • Use a static account list if you want to see all targeted accounts. If you use a dynamic account list account list, data is limited to current targeted accounts.
  • Each experience can track up to 3 unique click actions (e.g., buttons, links, or other interactive elements).

Enable Dashboard Reporting

To enable Dashboard reporting, you must build your experience’s Audience from an existing Account List. You can use custom selectors to define your experience instead, but this method does not support Dashboard reporting.

Event Reporting

Views and clicks are counted at the unique company ID/domain level. This means accounts that share the same parent company and domain have their activity reported together.

Filters

Date Filter

You can filter the Metrics Chart on the global dashboard, as well as the chart and table on the individual dashboards, by selecting a specific date range.

Domain and Account Filter

On both the global and individual Experience dashboards, you can toggle between Domain and Account views. This action updates the Metrics Chart on the global dashboard, and updates both the chart and table on the individual Experience dashboards.

Domain and Account Tables

The Domain and Account tables show all domains or targeted accounts from the selected bar (Current Audience, Viewed, or Clicked) in the Metrics Chart.

The Views column shows the number of visits for each account or domain. The Clicks column shows the number of clicks for each account or domain.

Metrics Chart

The Metrics Chart shows the percentage and total number of accounts or domains for each engagement level in your selected Audience.

For individual experiences, you can click a bar in the chart to filter the Account or Domain table.

  • Current Audience: Number of accounts actively being targeted as of today.
  • Visited: Number of times your experience was seen by your targeted Audience.
  • Clicked: Number of times visitors interacted with your CTAs or modifications.
