Manage a Site Customization Experience

Manage your Site Customization experiences in Demandbase by editing, previewing, and taking key actions to keep them up to date and effective. You can also download an experience's configuration as a javascript file.

Edit an Experience

1. Go to Personalization > Site Customization. 
2. Click the name of an experience, go to the desired tab, and make edits. 
3. Go to the Review and Activate tab and click Update. 

Take Action On an Experience

1. Go to Personalization > Site Customization. 
2. Check the box next to an experience, click Take Action, and choose from the following options:
   • Deactivate
   • Change Priority: You can also change priority by going to the Priority column and selecting High, Med, or Low from the drop-down.
   • Duplicate
   • Delete: You must first deactivate an experience before you can delete it.

Download Configuration 

1. To download a .js file of an experience, go to Personalization > Site Customization. 
2. Click the name of an experience.
3. Click top right Download Configuration.
