Unlock Your Demandbase Account

If you exceed the maximum number of failed login attempts, your Demandbase account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes.

You can unlock your account immediately without waiting for the 30-minute lockout period to expire. After unlocking your account, you can sign in using your existing password. A password reset is not required.

Important: This article only applies to users who sign in using Demandbase Authentication.

Prerequisites to Unlock Your Demandbase Account

You must have an existing Demandbase account and have activated it within seven days of receiving the activation email. See Create and Manage Users.

Unlock Your Demandbase Account

1. Go to the Demandbase login page.
2. Click Need help signing in? > Unlock account? 
3. Enter your email address and click Send Email.
4. Open the email from Demandbase and click Unlock Account.
   Important: The unlock link expires after one day. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
5. Click Back to sign in.
6. Enter your existing login credentials and click Sign In.

Outcome of Unlocking Your Demandbase Account

Your Demandbase account is unlocked, and you can sign in immediately using your existing password without waiting for the 30-minute lockout period to expire.
