Understanding the Demandbase Marketplace

  • Updated

The Demandbase Marketplace is an in-product hub providing a centralized location to discover, evaluate, and activate integrations with other go-to-market (GTM) tools. It provides a plug-and-play experience with over 110 certified integrations.

The marketplace has the three types of integrations:

  • Data Integrations: Facilitates seamless data flow into and out of Demandbase One.
  • Workflow Integrations: Enables synchronization with CRMs and sales management tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft.
  • Orchestration Integrations: Triggers actions in marketing channels using Demandbase data.

Prerequisites

  • You need a Demandbase One for Marketing license to install your integrations from the Marketplace and manage integrations.
  • You must have Admin privileges to see the Marketplace tab.

Accessing the Marketplace

The Marketplace can be accessed as follows:

  • If you have a license for Demandbase One for Marketing and have admin access, log in and select the Integrations icon in the left navigation menu, then select the Marketplace tab. Or visit the marketplace directly.
  • If you don’t have a license yet and want to view available integrations, visit partners.demandbase.com

What’s Available?

The Marketplace tab lists all available product integrations and service partners. You can filter the displayed list to show only integrations or only service partners.

Integrations

Managing Installed Integrations

The Manage Integrations tab displays all your installed integrations that either exchange data bidirectionally with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce), or receive data unidirectionally from them into Demandbase (e.g., TrustRadius).

The integrations are organized by type, such as Ad Networks, CRM & Marketing Automation Systems, Intent, and Sales. You can edit an installation by clicking its name. You can quickly delete a CRM & Marketing Automation Systems, or Sales integration by hovering over it, clicking the gear icon, and choosing Delete Integration.

Tip: You can also manage your integrations from Settings > Integrations.

Managing Account Connectors

The Account Connector tab shows all your installed integrations that send Demandbase data unidirectionally to a third-party integration such as Google Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.

See Set Up Demandbase to Send Data to an Integration (Account Connector) for more information.

Tip: You can also manage your connections from Settings > Demandbase-Wide Settings > Account Connector.

Building Your Own Marketplace Integrations

While Demandbase will keep making its main integrations in the Marketplace better, developers and tech vendors can build additional connections that GTM teams need. The Demandbase Developer Portal supports building these custom connections, ensuring flexibility within your tech stacks.
