The Opportunity Filter in Journey Settings defines which opportunities are included in the KPI Card metrics on the Journey Summary page. By applying the Opportunity Filter, you can make sure that only relevant opportunities are included in the journey metrics.
For example, you can exclude opportunities that are marked as Disqualified or On-Hold, since these typically do not align with the customer Journey Funnel.
Important: The filter does not impact which opportunities are included in the Journey Funnel, it only impacts the Journey Summary KPI Card metrics.
Access Opportunity Filter in Journey Settings
To configure the Opportunity Filter, from the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Journey > Journey Settings.
Using selectors, create a filter based on fields such as Opportunity stage, type, amount, or other relevant attributes. Click Save.
