We are excited to announce a new Pipeline Predict AI model that predicts not just initial opportunities with new prospects, but also cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing customer accounts.
The updates made to our Pipeline Predict AI model improves overall precision and accuracy. It also helps marketing and sales teams target their efforts more effectively by understanding which potential opportunities are net new or from their existing customer base. This drives more pipeline overall through greater expansion opportunities.

Product Updates:
Slack Alert Enhancements (Available January 31)
We have made enhancements to our Slack integration to reduce noise and make it easier for sellers to focus on high priority pages and accounts. The enhancements enable both individual users and admins to have more granular control over notifications with new Inclusion/Exclusion Filters and an updated Manage Web Pages Tab. These updates aim to deliver more personalized and actionable insights within Slack, tailored to the users needs.

Technographics Catalog 2.0
We have made a significant update to our catalog system in Demandbase One for Sales and Marketing.
- Product Remapping completed for ~4700 products.
- Product Name Standardization updated for ~30K+ products to match the naming conventions used by our vendors.
The Technographics catalog has been updated to reflect correct technology names, categories, subcategories, vendor names, and vendor urls. We have also added a new field called Product URL. These updates improve data accuracy and data consistency, making it easier for customers to find the technology they care about within our database.
