Context
You can create Orchestration (Automations and Audiences) workflows for individual workspaces. Customizing your sales and marketing efforts in each workspace leads to improved engagement across different business units. See Understanding Orchestration and Understanding Workspaces.
In each individual workspace, you can manage the following actions for Orchestration:
- Activate and deactivate Automations and Audiences.
- Favorite and unfavorite Automations and Audiences.
- Delete Automations and Audiences.
- Send Automations and Audiences from individual workspaces to the global workspace.
Important:- You can also send Automations and Audiences from the global workspace to individual workspaces.
- When you send an Automation or Audience from one workspace to another, it is moved permanently and only accessible to users assigned to that workspace.
Prerequisites/Preparation
You must be licensed to use workspaces.
You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access.
To send Automations or Audiences to a workspace, you must be assigned to the workspace.
Steps: Create and Manage Automations
- From the drop-down list for selecting workspaces in the top navigation bar, select the desired workspace. See Understanding Workspaces Navigation for more information about switching workspaces.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration > Automations.
- Create and manage Automations. See Orchestration Automations.
Steps: Create and Manage Audiences
- From the drop-down list for selecting workspaces in the top navigation bar, select the desired workspace. See Understanding Workspaces Navigation for more information about switching workspaces.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration > Audiences.
- Create and manage Audiences. See Orchestration Audiences.
Steps: Send Automations and Audiences to Global Workspace

From the top navigation bar, select the workspace with the Automation or Audience you want to send to another workspace. See Understanding Workspaces Navigation for more information about switching workspaces.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration > Automations or Audiences.
- Select the checkbox for the automations or audiences you want to send to your global workspace and click Take action.
- Select Send to workspace, and In the window that opens, click Send.
Important: You can only send automations and audiences from individual workspaces to the global workspace.
