Manage Workspace Audiences

You can create and manage Audiences for Workspaces. Customizing your sales and marketing efforts in each Workspace leads to improved engagement across different business units. See Understanding Workspaces.

In each individual Workspace, you can take the following actions for Audiences:

  • Activate and deactivate.
  • Favorite and unfavorite.
  • Delete.
  • Move Audience from Global Workspace to any individual Workspace.
  • Move Audience from individual Workspace to Global Workspace.
    Important:
    • When you move an Audience from one Workspace to another, it is moved permanently and only accessible to users assigned to that Workspace.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a license for Workspaces.
  • You must have a license for Orchestration or Advertising.
  • You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access.

Create and Manage Audiences

  1. From the top Workspaces navigation bar, select the desired Workspace. See Understanding Workspaces Navigation for more information about switching Workspaces.
  2. From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration N.png Orchestration > Audiences.
  3. Create and manage Audiences. See Orchestration Audiences

Send Audiences to Workspaces

  1. From the top Workspaces navigation bar, select the Workspace with the Audience you want to send to the another Workspace. See Understanding Workspaces Navigation for more information about switching Workspaces.
  2. From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration N.png OrchestrationAudiences
  3. Select the checkbox next to the Audiences you want to send.
  4. Click Take action.
  5. Select Send to Workspace.
  6. In the window that opens, select a Workspace, and click Send.
