Demandbase can sync data from Demandbase One for Sales to fields in your CRM. You can make sure the data syncs to the correct CRM fields by managing the field mapping.
You can access field mapping settings through the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or tab in your CRM.

Prerequisites
- You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access One for Sales.
- Demandbase One for Sales must be integrated with your CRM.
- You must log in to Demandbase One for Sales from the iFrame or tab in your CRM.
Access Field Mapping from CRM iFrame
- In your CRM, go to the Demandbase iFrame, and log in to Demandbase One for Sales.
- Go to an Account record.

Click the top right three-lines and select Account Admin.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Admin Settings > Map Fields.
- Click the tab for the object you want to map to your CRM.
- Find the desired Demandbase field. In the CRM Account, Contact, and Lead Field column, click the drop-down.

Search for and select the CRM field you want to map to.
Tip: You can map both standard and custom fields. -
Click Save.
Access Field Mapping from CRM Tab
- In your CRM, go to the Demandbase tab, and log in to Demandbase One for Sales.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Admin Settings > Map Fields.
- Click the tab for the object you want to map to your CRM.
- Find the desired Demandbase field. In the CRM Account, Contact, and Lead Field column, click the drop-down.

Search for and select the CRM field you want to map to.

Click Save.
