Understanding the Sales Usage Report

  • Updated

The Sales Usage Report page shows user engagement with Demandbase sales features (Snapshot emails, Salesforce iFrame, and Slack alerts). Admins can analyze user engagement and prove the value of Demandbase within their sales team.

The following are some examples of how you can utilize the Sales Usage Report:

  • Track user adoption: Usage data such as click frequency and days active can show user engagement with Demandbase.
  • Identify areas for sales training and engagement: A decline in user engagement can indicate a need for targeted training sessions or additional support resources.
  • Identify correlations between Demandbase usage and sales performance: You may find that sales users who frequently engage with Demandbase tend to achieve higher win rates. This can show the importance of implementing Demandbase in your sales process.

Important:

  • Usage data is only collected for Demandbase Snapshot emails, Salesforce iFrame, and Slack alerts.
  • To view the Sales Usage Report, you must be a Demandbase admin and have permission to edit the Analytics and Engagement sections.
