Connect your Google Workspace (Gmail) account to Demandbase to grant access to your emails and calendar meetings for Communication History.
Connect Google Email
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > My Profile > Email Credentials.
- Enter your Google email and password.
- Click Save and verify.
- In the Sign in with Google window, select your Google account.
- Click Allow to grant Demandbase the required permissions.
Outcome of Connecting Google Email
After you connect your Google email account, Demandbase syncs your emails and calendar meetings for Communication History.
You can also configure Engagement Points for synced email and calendar activity.
