Connect Google G-Suite (Gmail) to Demandbase

Users can connect their Google account and grant Demandbase access to their email and calendar. After a user authenticates, Demandbase can pull email and calendar history from the past 6 months.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > My Profile > Email Credentials.
2. Enter your Google email and password.
3. Click Save and verify.
4. In the Sign in with Google window, select your Google account.
   
5. Click Allow.

Outcome

Demandbase starts tracking the emails and calendar events and applies the activities to Engagement Points.
