Take Action: Add Accounts to INFUSE

The Add Accounts to INFUSE action allows you to push qualified accounts from Demandbase to campaigns run by INFUSE. Once the account data from Demandbase is available in INFUSE, INFUSE can then launch campaigns against those accounts.

Important: You can only sync Account data to INFUSE.

Prerequisites for Adding Accounts to INFUSE

• You must integrate Demandbase with INFUSE.
• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set that provides access to Take Action.

Add Accounts to INFUSE

1. In Demandbase One for Marketing, select one or more accounts (for example, from Analytics > Accounts or Database > Accounts > Account Lists > {Account List} > {Account Name}).
2. Click Take Action.
3. In the right Take Action menu, select the Partner tab, and click Add Accounts to INFUSE.
4. In the List Name drop-down, select the account list you want to push to INFUSE.
5. Click Confirm.
