The Engagement Points Agent automatically generates an initial Engagement Points configuration based on your company's website domain. The generated configuration serves as a starting point and can be modified at any time.
The Engagement Points Agent automatically configures the operator, criteria, and points for the following activities:
- Intent Activities > Demandbase Keyword Intent
- Intent Activities > Trending Intent
- General Activities > Page Visits (Anonymous)

Important:
- The Engagement Points Agent is available only for tenants created on or after July 29, 2026.
- The Engagement Point configuration is generated automatically after the tenant is created, and may take up to two hours to appear.
Identify Engagement Points Agent-Configured Activities
From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Analytics > Engagement Points.
Activities configured by the Engagement Points Agent are identified by the Demandbase AI icon.
