Automation: Add List to Audyence

The Add List to Audyence action allows you to automatically push accounts from Demandbase to campaigns run by Audyence. Once the account data from Demandbase is available in Audyence, Audyence can then launch campaigns against those accounts. 

Important: You can only sync Account data to Audyence.

Prerequisites

• You must have a license for Audyence.
• You must integrate Demandbase with Audyence.
• You must have a license for Demandbase Orchestration.
• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set that provides access to Orchestration.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration > Automations.
2. Create an Automation with Account Member Type.
   Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking the name of an Automation.
3. In the left main action panel, select Content Syndication > Add List to Audyence.
4. In the right sub-action panel, select the Demandbase account list you want to push to Audyence.
5. Connect the sub-action node to the main action node.
6. Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
7. In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
8. Publish the Automation.
