Self-Service Setup for Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Updated

In Demandbase, admins can set up Single Sign-On (SSO) using a self-service experience. With an in-product workflow, they can configure SAML 2.0 authentication, manage identity providers, and validate their setup. This streamlines onboarding, simplifies ongoing identity management, and helps ensure secure, seamless access for users.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a SAML 2.0 compatible Identity Provider (IdP).
  • You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
  • For tenants created before January 20, 2026, contact Demandbase Support to enable the self-service SSO.
