When running campaigns with Demandbase Advertising, you may need to review how campaigns have evolved or identify who made specific changes. Demandbase Advertising records all changes to campaigns and creatives in a chronological log.
The Change History page shows the following details:
- Name of each changed campaign, ad group, or ungrouped creative
- Description of the change made
- Who made the change
- The date and time of the change
- Campaign launch date
To access the Change History page, from the left navigation bar, go to Advertising > Change History.
You can take the following actions from the Change History page:
- Select the tab for the type of entry that you want to see (Campaigns, Ad Groups, or Ungrouped Creatives).
- Filter the table.
- Select the types of changes you want to see by clicking the More button.
You can edit a change by hovering over the Change Description information and clicking the hyperlink icon.
