Agentbase is Demandbase’s system of connected AI agents that combine data, automation, and generative AI. Administrators can manage Agentbase AI features at two levels:
- Tenant level: Enable or disable Agentbase for the entire organization.
- Individual agent level: Enable or disable specific AI agents.

Important: Configure these settings in Demandbase One for Marketing (DB1M). The settings apply across both Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.

You must have Admin permissions in Demandbase.
Manage Demandbase Agentbase AI Agent Features
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Platform > Tenant Settings.

Locate the AI agent you want to configure and click Edit.
Tip: Use the top Agentbase (Gen AI Capabilities) toggle to enable or disable all AI agents at once. - Toggle On to enable or toggle Off to disable the AI agent.

Click Save.

Can I disable Agentbase for specific teams or users?
No. This is a global setting that applies to all users.
What happens to existing AI-generated data when Agentbase is disabled?
Previously generated data (for example, personas and buying groups) remains unchanged. No new AI outputs are created.
What happens in the user interface when Agentbase is disabled?
- AI chat interfaces are removed
- AI insight panels are hidden
A “Feature Disabled by Admin” message appears instead of AI features.
What happens to new or beta AI features when Agentbase is disabled?
All current and future AI capabilities, including beta features, are automatically disabled.
