The Conversion page in Analytics shows how accounts progress through Journey Stages during the selected date range. Conversion measures the percentage of accounts that moved forward from or across each stage.
Important: Hidden Journey Stages are included in conversion calculations.
Access the Journey Conversion Page
To access the Conversion page:
- From the left navigation bar, go to Analytics > Conversion.
- Select an account list.
- Use the date range selector and quick filters to refine the data shown.
Tip: You can also access the Conversion page by clicking a stage under Conversion on the Journeys page.
View Journey Stage Conversion
The Journey Stage Conversion chart shows how accounts moved forward through each Journey Stage during the selected date range.
The chart includes the following metrics:
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of accounts that moved forward from or across a Journey Stage, calculated as Converted Forward ÷ Total Accounts.
- Converted Forward: Number of accounts that entered a stage and later moved forward, or skipped the stage and moved directly to a more advanced stage.
- Total Accounts: Number of accounts that entered or skipped a stage, including accounts that moved forward or backward.
Analyze Conversion with the Journey Heatmap
The Journey Heatmap shows Conversion data grouped by account fields. Darker cells indicate higher conversion percentages. See Understanding Heatmaps.
The heatmap updates based on your selections in the Journey Stage Conversion chart.
To customize the heatmap, select one of the following options:

Preset: Select a predefined combination of account fields:
- Owner/Industry
- Owner/Type
- Owner/State
- Custom: Select account fields from the Rows and Columns drop-down lists.
View Account Details in the Journey Table
The Journey Table shows account details and stage transitions based on your selections in the Journey Stage Conversion chart and Journey Heatmap.
The table includes the following tabs:
- Accounts: Shows details about the accounts included in the selected Conversion data.
- Stage Transitions: Shows details about each time an account moved to a different Journey Stage.
You can take the following actions:
- Customize columns: Click Edit Columns to add, remove, or reorder columns.
- Export data: Click Export to download the table data as a CSV file.
