Integrate Google Ads with Demandbase

  • Updated

The Google Ads integration allows you to add Google Ads as a destination for your Audiences. After setting up the integration, you can create person-based Audiences to use with Gmail, Google Search, YouTube, and Google Display Network.

Prerequisites

  • You must map the LiveRamp CMU account to your Google Ads account. See LiveRamp’s article Distribute Data to Google Customer Match.
Important: You do not need an agreement or account/login with LiveRamp.
  • In Demandbase Permissions, you must have Edit rights for Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.

Steps

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
  2. Click New Integration and select Google.
  3. Enter the following:
    • Connection name: Name for the integration. In Demandbase, you can use the name to distinguish between multiple integrations with Google Ads.
Important: Don’t use spaces. For example, enter Connection_name.
    • Google Account ID: MCC or CID without hyphens.
  4. (Optional) To enable Google 3rd party campaign reporting in Demandbase, toggle on Automatically sync for Google campaign reporting in Demandbase. See Understanding 3rd Party Campaigns.
Tip: You can't adjust the Automatically sync for orchestrating Audiences toggle.
  5. Click Save.

Outcome

Add Google as a destination for your Audiences.
