The Facebook integration allows you to add Meta as a destination for your person-based Audiences. After setting up the integration, you can send audiences from Demandbase to Meta Ads Manager, where you can choose where to run your ads, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Meta Messenger.
Prerequisites

You must add LiveRamp as a partner in Meta. See LiveRamp’s article Steps to Add LiveRamp as a Partner in Facebook.
Important: You do not need an agreement or account/login with LiveRamp. - In Demandbase Permissions, you must have Edit rights for Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
Steps
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Click New Integration and select Facebook.

Enter the following:
Important: Don’t use spaces. For example, enter CompanyInc or Integration_Name.- Connection name: Name for the integration. In Demandbase, you can use the name to distinguish between multiple integrations with Meta.
- Facebook Ad Account ID: Numeric Meta Ads Manager Account ID.
- Company Name: Your company name.
- Integration Name: Name of the integration as you want it to appear alongside the Audience name in Meta.
- Click Save.
