The Accounts and Pages tables in Site Analytics show detailed metrics about web page visits. You can adjust and sort columns, export data, take action, and see graphs directly from the tables.
- Accounts table: Details about the accounts visiting your website over the time period specified on top of the page. You can also expand the table rows to see the pages an account visited.
- Pages table: Details about the web pages visited by accounts over the time period specified on top of the page. You can also expand the table rows to see the accounts that visited a web page.
Apply Filters
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Analytics > Site Analytics.
- Select an account or account list.
- Select a date range.
- Use top saved filters, quick filters, or click More Filters to use selectors to define your filter criteria.
Use the Site Analytics Tables

On the Site Analytics page, scroll down to the table and click the Accounts or Pages tab.
- Accounts tab: To see the web pages that an account visited, click the arrow next to the account name.

Pages tab: To see the accounts that visited a web page, click the arrow next to the page URL.
- To sort the table by the information in a specific column, click the column header.

To search the table, click the
search icon and enter a search term.
Important: Searches return full and partial text matches. - To export the table to a CSV file, click Export.

To change the columns in the table, do the following:
Important: Edit columns is only available for the Accounts table.-
Click Edit Columns at the bottom of the table.
- To add a column, use the Select drop-down list and select columns to display.
- To remove a column, click the minus icon.
- To “freeze” a column, click the lock icon. This forces the table to display the column on the left side, regardless of scrolling actions.
- To rearrange the order of columns, click on a column and drag it to the new location.
- To restore default columns, click Default. This removes all non-default fields from the table.
- Click Apply.

Click Edit Columns at the bottom of the table.
Take Action from the Accounts Table
When you find accounts you want to follow up with, you can directly take action from a table. See Understanding Take Action.
Important: Take Action is only available for the Accounts table.
- Click the Accounts tab.
- Select the checkboxes next to the records you want to take action with.
- Click Take Action and complete the action.
Use the Table Visualizer
The table visualizer provides a graphical representation of the data in the Accounts and Pages tables.
- Click the Accounts or Pages tab.
- Click top right Visualize.
- To see the top and bottom performing accounts or people, click Top 5 and select a ranking option.

To change the metric type, click Page Views or Accounts Visited and select an option.
Important: The options available differ for each table and chart type. - To change the graph format, click Line Chart and select Line Chart or Bar Chart.
- To change the time period, click Auto, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

To return to the table, click Close.
Filter Accounts by Source
You can filter the table to see accounts based on source of data.
Important: The Accounts from all Sources filter is only available for the Accounts table.
- Click the Accounts.
- Click the Accounts from All Sources drop-down list.
- Select the account type you want to see.
- Accounts from All Sources: Accounts surfaced by Demandbase and CRM, MAS, and CSV imports.
- CRM, MAS, or CSV Sourced Accounts: Accounts from your CRM, MAS, and CSV imports.
- Demandbase Discovered Accounts: Accounts surfaced by Demandbase. These accounts are not in your CRM, MAS, or CSV. See Net New Accounts.
