After you create Demandbase Intent Keyword Sets, you can manage the keywords within the set. You can also duplicate or delete keyword sets.
Important: You can’t rename keyword sets. You must duplicate or recreate the keyword set with a different name.
Steps: Manage Intent Keywords in a Keyword Set
You can add or remove intent keywords from an existing Keyword Set.
Important: Updating keywords impacts key features like engagement scoring, buying groups, predictive models, campaigns, and Journey Stages.
- Adding a keyword provides historical intent activities for the past 13 months.
- Deleting a keyword deletes all associated historical intent activities. If the deleted keyword is not part of any other keyword set, it is fully deleted from your tenant. The deletion process may take up to a week to complete, ensuring that all traces of the intent data are fully removed.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Analytics > Intent Data > Demandbase Intent tab.
- Click on a keyword set.

Add or remove keywords from the set.
- To add keywords, follow the instructions in Create Demandbase Intent Keyword Sets.

To delete keywords, click the right X next to the keywords.
- Click Save.
Steps: Duplicate an Intent Keyword Set
Duplicating a keyword set allows you to quickly create a new set using the same configuration as an existing one. This method is also useful when you need to rename a keyword set, as they cannot be renamed directly and must be recreated under a new name.
Tip: You can only duplicate one keyword set at a time.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Analytics > Intent Data > Demandbase Intent tab.
- Check the box next to a keyword set.

Click Take Action > Duplicate.

Enter a keyword set name and click Duplicate keyword set.
Tip: If you have the Workspaces feature, select the Workspace where you want to create the keyword set.
Steps: Delete Intent Keyword Sets
Deleting a keyword set removes the set along with all associated historical intent activities.
Important:
- You can’t delete keyword sets that are used in active ad campaigns.
- Updating keyword sets impacts key features like engagement scoring, buying groups, predictive models, campaigns, and Journey Stages.
- Once a keyword set is deleted, it cannot be recovered. The deletion process may take up to a week to complete, ensuring that all traces of the intent data are fully removed.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Analytics > Intent Data > Demandbase Intent tab.
- Check the boxes next to keyword sets.

Click Take Action > Delete.
- In the warning pop-up, check the box next to Delete, and enter the total number of keyword sets you want to delete.

Click Delete Keyword Set.
