In Data Integrity, you can edit an existing process, take action on a process, export managed record data, view process history, and manage records.
Prerequisites to Manage a Data Integrity Processes
- You must have access to Demandbase One for Marketing.
- You must have a license for Demandbase Data Integrity.
- You must have Admin permissions or be assigned a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
Edit Existing Data Integrity Process
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Data Integrity.
- Click an existing process.
- Click Edit Process and edit the process as needed.
Important: You can’t edit processes that are In-Progress.
Manage Data Integrity Process
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Data Integrity.
- Select the checkbox next to a process and click Take Action.
Tip: You can also select multiple processes. - Select from the following actions:
Important: You can’t deactivate or delete processes that are In-Progress.- Activate
- Deactivate
- Delete
View Data Integrity Process History
You can view detailed information and statuses for all processes. From the Data Integrity table, click on a process to see the following sections:
Details Tab
The Details tab shows a high-level summary about a process.
- Process status: Status of most recent process.
- Member count: Number of records managed by the process.
- Next scheduled run: Date and time of next scheduled process.

Process name, description, member type, enrichment frequency, integration, created by, and created date.
Tip: You can edit the process name and description by hovering over the fields and clicking the pencil icon.
History Tab
The History tab shows a log of the historical processes.
- Start Time: The date and time the process started.
- Last Updated By: User that last updated the process.
- Records Managed: Number of records processed in that specific run.
- Status: Status of particular run of a process.

Status Detail: Number of records enriched, linked, skipped, or failed.
Tip: An enrichment may be skipped or failed due to the following issues:- No match for the record
- No updates necessary
- No available credits
Managed Records Tab
The Managed Records tab shows details about the records included in an Enrich or Account Hierarchy process.
Important: It may take up to 30 minutes after a process completes for the data to fully update.
Use the table to search, filter, export, and manage the records included in the process.
Enrich Process
Use the following options to manage records in an Enrich process:
- Use top quick filters to view specific records based on Enrichment Status or Match Status.
- Search for records in the search bar.
- Select Export to download a report of all managed records. The report includes all columns in the table and additional Demandbase fields with their latest values.
Tip: The report reflects the filters applied to the table. As a result, the number of records in the report may differ from the total number of managed records. - Select Edit Columns to add or remove columns, including record ID, company name, company domain, lead or contact name, match status, last enrichment date, last process run date, error type, and error details.
The following statuses appear in the table:

Match Status
- Matched: The record is matched to Demandbase data.
- Not Matched: No corresponding record is found in Demandbase data.
- Not Evaluated: The record could not be matched because due to insufficient Data Integrity credits (Data Integrity credits are not deducted for these records.)

Enrichment Status
- Enriched: The record is matched to Demandbase data, and CRM/MAS data has been enriched.
- Not Enriched: The CRM/MAS data was not enriched due to an error, no matching record, or insufficient Data Integrity credits.
- Up to Date: A matched record is found, but data is already up-to-date compared to Demandbase data.
Account Hierarchy Process
Use the following options to manage records in an Account Hierarchy process:
- Use the quick filter to view records by Account Hierarchy Status.
- Search for records using the search bar.
- Select Export to download a report of all managed records. The report includes all columns in the table and additional Demandbase fields with their latest values.
Tip: The report reflects the filters applied to the table. As a result, the number of records in the report may differ from the total number of managed records. - Select Edit Columns to add or remove columns, including record ID, company name, company domain, account hierarchy status, account hierarchy linkage date, error type, and error details.
The following statuses appear in the table:

Account Hierarchy Status
- Linked: Demandbase created the linkage during the process run.
- No Parent Available: The parent account is either not available in the CRM or Demandbase does not have parent account information. View details in the pop-up.
- Up to Date: The correct parent account linkage already existed in the CRM, so Demandbase made no changes.
- Incorrect Parent: An incorrect parent account linkage already existed in the CRM. Demandbase does not overwrite it. Instead, the pop-up displays the correct parent account so you can take the necessary action.
- Update Failed: Demandbase could not update the CRM because of an error. Demandbase may try again during the next process run.
