Troubleshoot: Unknown Contacts Showing as LinkedIn Contacts

In some cases, a person who is not actually one of your LinkedIn connections may appear as a connection in Demandbase One for Sales. This usually happens when the person's first or last name is incorrectly matched to a contact in the Demandbase One for Sales database.

Resolve an Incorrect LinkedIn Connection Match

  1. Delete all of your LinkedIn connections from your Demandbase One for Sales account.
  2. Reimport your LinkedIn connections from LinkedIn to Demandbase One for Sales.
  3. Check whether the incorrect connection has been resolved.

If the issue persists after reimporting your connections, contact Demandbase Support.
