Troubleshoot: Unknown Contacts Showing as LinkedIn Contacts

Occasionally, a person who isn’t actually one of your LinkedIn connections may appear as a connection in your Demandbase One for Sales account. This can occur when the individual’s first or last name is incorrectly matched to a contact in the Demandbase One for Sales database.

Steps

1. Delete all of your LinkedIn connections from your Demandbase One for Sales account.
2. Perform a new import of your LinkedIn connections from LinkedIn to Demandbase One for Sales.
3. If this doesn't correct the mismatch error, contact Demandbase Support.
