Remove Demandbase App Package from Microsoft Dynamics

This article covers how to uninstall the Demandbase One for Sales App Package from your Microsoft Dynamics environment. 

Prerequisites

You must have Admin privileges within your Microsoft Dynamics environment.

Steps

1. Log in to Microsoft Dynamics as an Admin user.
2. Go to Advanced Settings.
3. From the left navigation bar, go to Customization > Solutions.
4. From the Solutions page, click the Managed tab.
5. Search for InsideView, click the three dots, and select Delete.
   
6. In the confirmation pop up, click Delete.
7. Once the Demandbase One App Package is uninstalled, it is is removed from the Solutions page.
