Set Idle Session Lifetime for User Logouts

You can customize the duration of inactivity (idle time) before users are automatically logged out. A cookie is added to the browser for each session. This cookie maintains the user's authenticated state as they navigate the application, until the session expires due to inactivity.

Prerequisites

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.

Steps

1. In Demandbase One for Marketing, go to Settings > Platform > Tenant Settings.
2. In the Session Settings section, click Edit.
   
3. Set the Hours and Minutes for Idle Session Lifetime.
   Important: The idle timeout duration must be between 15 minutes to 24 hours.
4. Click Save.
