  • Updated

You may encounter errors when exporting Account, Lead, and Contact data from Demandbase (Demandbase One for Sales or Data Integrity) to Salesforce. This article outlines common causes and provides steps to help resolve them.

Common Root Causes

Export errors typically occur due to one or both of the following reasons:

  • In Salesforce, ISO Picklists are enabled.
  • In Demandbase, field mappings are incorrectly configured.

Prerequisites

  1. Log in to Salesforce and click the top right Setup gear icon.
  2. From the left navigation bar, go to the Quick Find box, and enter State and Country/Territory Picklists.
  3. Click State and Country/Territory Picklists.
