Demandbase does not collect or store email addresses because they are considered personal information. However, some organizations prohibit third-party scripts from accessing email fields altogether as part of their privacy or compliance requirements. In these cases, you can configure Forms Enrichment to avoid interacting directly with the visitor-facing email field.

Steps
- Create a hidden field that serves as the email field for the Forms Enrichment connector.
- Contact Demandbase Support and provide the HTML ID or name attribute of the hidden field.
- Demandbase Support updates the connector configuration to use the hidden field instead of the visitor-facing email field.
