This article explains how to locate the Lead Anonymous IP value in Marketo. The Lead Anonymous IP is required when using the Demandbase IP API Webhook.
If the Anonymous IP field is not available in the lead record, contact Demandbase Support. Missing Anonymous IP data can prevent the IP API from returning enrichment data correctly. Resolving the issue may also require assistance from Marketo Support.
Steps
- In Marketo, go to the Marketo campaign containing the lead.
- Click the Lead ID to open the lead record.
- Select the Lead Info tab.
- Go to Anonymous IP and confirm that the field contains a value.
