The Data Sync Status page shows the sync status for your integrations and the date and time the syncs completed.
Data Sync Status Overview
The Data Sync Status page lists the date and time that each object started to sync from your integrations. You can also see if a sync started successfully or if an error occurred.
From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Demandbase-Wide Settings > Data Sync. To see in-depth information about the sync status, hover over the status icon.
Important: You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
You can go to the sync settings for each integration by clicking Go To Integrations Sync Settings.
Tip: Demandbase can send system notifications to your Admins when sync errors occur. See Set Up System Notifications.
