Opportunities are sourced from your CRM and CSV imports. See Understanding the Demandbase Database.
Important: You can only see opportunities matched to an account.
Opportunity Dashboard
The Opportunity Dashboard shows engagement for a single opportunity during the selected date range.
To access the Opportunity Dashboard, select an opportunity > Analytics > Opportunities.
Opportunity Details
The Opportunity Details section shows key information about an opportunity. You can expand the section by clicking the arrow next to the Take Action button.
From the section you can:
- Manage Account: Click to go to
Database > Account to see more information about the related account.
- Account: Click to go to the related Account Dashboard.
- Take Action: Click to take action with a related account. See Understanding Take Action.
Highlights
The Highlights section shows the top people and activities for an opportunity, sorted by engagement points.
Timeline
The Timeline section shows top activities for the opportunity by Marketing Engagement activities, Sales Engagement activities, or both.
You can also see the Journey Stage transitions of the opportunity, indicated by the crown icon.
The Journey and Opportunity bar charts show how an account progresses through journey and opportunity stages, including how long it spends in each stage.
Activities
The Activities section shows activities for an opportunity.
Tips: You can adjust and sort columns, search for accounts, and export data directly from the table.
Opportunities Page
The Opportunities page shows opportunities in the selected account, account list, or opportunity list during the selected date range.
To access the Opportunity page, select an account, account list, or opportunity list > Analytics > Opportunities.
Tips:
- To filter the page, use the quick filters at the top of the page. See Create and Manage User Views (View Management).
- You can adjust and sort columns, search for people, and export data directly from the table.
