New Features:

Demandbase Intent for Salesforce Prospecting Center

We are excited to announce the integration of Demandbase Intent data with Salesforce Prospecting Center via a native Salesforce Data Cloud connector. This will power a new Intent Score within Salesforce Prospecting Center, in addition to existing Account, Fit, and Engagement Scores.

Benefits to customers include:

  • Ability to prioritize outreach by companies based on their in-market buying signals 
  • Sellers save time and stay focused by staying in the tool they use for prospecting —no need for extra tools.
  • Use intent scores alongside fit, account, and engagement scores for sharper, in-market targeting.
  • Use Demandbase Intent for segmentation in Salesforce Data Cloud.

Custom Reports in Prescriptive Sales Dashboards

Custom reports are now available in Prescriptive Sales Dashboards. This integration allows sellers to view, interact with, and act on curated custom reports for accounts, people and activities within their Demandbase One for Sales dashboard, improving alignment, efficiency, and targeting effectiveness.

Benefits to customers include:

  • Access more insights: Sellers can leverage additional criteria from Demandbase One for Marketing to create reporting insights based on account engagement that they can then take action on within Demandbase One for Sales.
  • Focus on the right accounts: Sellers can use Prescriptive Sales Dashboards to better prioritize the accounts to focus on using reports created in Demandbase One for Marketing.
