When creating a dynamic list for accounts, people, or opportunities, using excessive criteria within selectors can negatively impact platform performance. This includes issues such as slow load times and potential database failures.
If the selector in your dynamic list contains more than 10,000 criteria, consider using the following types of lists instead:
- Static: Manually add or remove accounts from list.
- CSV import: List based on CSV imported data.
- CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot) Report or View: Utilize CRM reports and views.
- Combine a static or CSV import list with a dynamic list: You can add or remove a static or CSV import list from a dynamic list. For example, you might add a large static list of accounts that visited your product page to a dynamic list used in an ad campaign. See Steps: Combine a Static or CSV Import List with a Dynamic List.
Depending on the object, we recommend the following list types:
Object | Recommended List Type |
