When creating dynamic account, person, or opportunity lists, using too many selector criteria can impact Demandbase performance, resulting in slow load times or database failures.
Important: If a dynamic list contains more than 10,000 selector criteria, consider using an alternative list type to improve performance.
Recommended List Types
Demandbase recommends the following list types as alternatives to dynamic lists with excessive selector criteria.

Combine a Static or CSV Import List with a Dynamic List
You can reference an existing static or CSV import list in a dynamic list using the Member of List selector. This allows you to include or exclude records without adding individual criteria to the dynamic list.
For example, you can include a static list of accounts that visited your product page in a dynamic list used for an advertising campaign.
Combine Account Lists
- Create a static account list or import account data from a CSV file.
Tip: Demandbase automatically creates a list when you import a CSV file. - Start creating a dynamic account list.
In the Advanced Selector, add the Member of List selector, and select the list created in step 1.
