Demandbase One for Sales admins can configure Data Export settings from the Admin Portal. Data export allows you to export and update Account, Contact, and Lead data from Demandbase One for Sales to your CRM.
Important: To export data, make sure the desired fields and objects are enabled for export. Each setting operates independently, disabling one field or object does not affect others.
Prerequisites
You must have admin privileges in Demandbase One for Sales.
Manage Export Settings by Field

Go to the My Profile page using the following options:
- In the Demandbase One for Sales web app, from the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > User Settings > My Profile.
- In the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or browser extension, click the top right three-lines and select My Profile.
- In the Demandbase One for Sales web app, from the left navigation bar, go to
- Click top right Unified Admin Portal.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Click the name of a Salesforce integration.

Click the Accounts tab and find the field to update.
Tip: You can also edit field export settings for Contact and Lead fields. -
In the Bulk Record Export and Single Record Export columns, select one of the following options from the drop-down:
- No restrictions: Push all Demandbase data to CRM and overwrite the existing data.
- Update, if blank: Only push Demandbase data to CRM if the field is blank.
- Do not update: Never push Demandbase data to CRM.
- Click Save.
Manage Export Settings by Object

Go to the My Profile page using the following options:

- From the left navigation bar, go to Account Settings > Integrations.
- Click the name of a Salesforce integration.

Click the Accounts tab and click Account export settings.
Tip: You can also edit field export settings for Contact and Lead fields. -
In the window that opens, toggle the following rules on or off:

Bulk Record Export and Single Record Export:
- Update existing records in CRM: Toggle on to let Demandbase update existing records in your CRM.
- Create new records in CRM: Toggle on to let Demandbase create new records in your CRM.
- Create duplicate records in CRM: Toggle on to let Demandbase create duplicate records in your CRM.

Branch Export:
- Export branch records to CRM as new account records: Toggle on to let Demandbase create new records in your CRM using branch information.

Bulk Record Export and Single Record Export:
- Click Save.
