System Buying Roles for Buying Groups

  • Updated

Buying Roles are system-defined labels that describe the part a Persona plays in a purchase decision. When you define a Buying Group, you can assign one or more Buying Roles to each Persona. Because the same roles are available in every Buying Group, using them keeps your Personas consistent across groups.

Prerequisites to View Buying Roles

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.

View Buying Roles

From the left navigation bar, go to Settings N.png Settings > Buyer Profiles > Buying Roles.
