Build and Manage Lists

Context

Building lists of companies and people in Sales Intelligence allows you to find prospects that meet your ideal customer profile. 

To get started, add search criteria that narrows the list based on location, employee count, revenue, industry, job function, and job level. To further refine the list, add additional companies, people, and insights filters. For more information, see Reference: List Build Filters.

You can save the lists you build as saved searches and export the list results to Excel or CSV files. The lists you save can also be edited or deleted.

Steps: Build and Save Lists as Saved Searches

  1. To build a new list, do one of the following:
    • In the Sales Intelligence web app, go to Build a List.png Build a List in the left navigation bar.
    • In the Sales Intelligence iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and select Build a List to open the web app.
  2. Add filters for the following search criteria:
    • Company Location
    • Employees
    • Revenue
    • Industry
    • Job Function
    • Job Level
  3. (Optional) Click the plus icon at the bottom of the page to add additional filters.

  4. (Optional) In the window that opens, add company, people, and insights filters and click Apply.

  5. Click Search to see and review the list results.
  6. Click Save to save the list as a saved search.

  7. In the window that opens, enter a Search Name and click Save.
  8. (Optional) To export the list results, click Export and select Export to Excel File or Export to CSV. Your credit limit determines the number of records you can export. For more information, see Credit Limit.

Steps: Edit or Delete Saved Searches

  1. To access the lists you saved, do one of the following:
    • In the Sales Intelligence web app, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Saved Searches in the left navigation bar.
    • In the Sales Intelligence iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and select Saved Lists & Searches. In the web app, click Saved Searches.
  2. To edit a saved search, do the following:
    a. Hover over it and click the edit (pencil) icon that appears.

    b. Update the filters applied.
    c. Click Save to save the search using the same name or click Save As to enter a new name in the window that opens.

  3. To delete a saved search, do the following:
    a. Hover over it and click the delete (trash can) icon.
    b. In the window that opens, click Delete to confirm.
