The Deal Story view shows key activities for a selected account and date range. You can choose to see Marketing Engagement activities, Sales Engagement activities, or both. When you access the view, Demandbase automatically shows highlights of important activities. The highlights represent activities with the highest number of Engagement Minutes.
The Deal Story view also shows the progression of the account through your Journey Stages during the same date range. This allows you to identify any engagements that may have contributed Journey Stage changes.
You can access the Deal Story view from the following areas:
- Timeline section of the Account Dashboard
- Engagement Minute Trend chart on the Engagement page (available with an account selected)
- Engagement tab of the Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) iFrame for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Outreach
To see more information, you can:
- Hover over the highlight for an important activity to show its details
- Hover over a date on the timelines to show the Engagement Minutes, Top Activities, and Top People during that date range
