The Update Lifecycle Stages in HubSpot CRM action allows you to automatically update a person’s lifecycle stage in HubSpot CRM.
Prerequisites
- You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access to use Demandbase Orchestration.
- Demandbase must be integrated with HubSpot CRM.
Steps
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > HubSpot CRM > Update Lifecycle Stage in HubSpot CRM.
- In the right sub-action panel, complete the following drop-downs:
- Assigned Contact Owner: HubSpot CRM account owner to associate with the people.
- Converted Status: Lifecycle stage to assign.
- Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
