External security issues should be reported to Demandbase by contacting Demandbase Support.

How to Report a Security Incident:

  1. Click the Submit a request link in the upper right corner of this page.
  2. Complete the form and click Submit.
  3. After you submit the request, you receive an automatic email confirmation. A Support Engineer reviews your ticket and respond according to the SLA based on its priority level. Urgent priority tickets typically receive a response within 2 business hours.
