External security issues may be brought directly to the customer success representative in charge of the account who identified the potential risk or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by submitting a support ticket via the 'Submit a Request' form.
How to submit a support request:
- Click the Submit A Request link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Fill out the form and then click Submit.
- Upon submitting a request you will receive an automatic email notification informing you that we've received your request. A Support Engineer will then respond to the request within the SLA depending upon the ticket priority. Most tickets will receive a response within 2 business hours.
