Integrate Adobe Target with Demandbase

Context

Adobe Target is the Adobe Experience Cloud solution that provides everything you need to tailor and personalize your customers' experience to maximize revenue across your digital channels. Using Demandbase’s account-based data to power Adobe Target, you can test the effectiveness of your website for the accounts you care about the most without the dilution of unqualified visitors skewing results.

Using the Demandbase Adobe Target integration, you can:

  • Take omnichannel personalization to the masses leveraging Demandbase 1st and 3rd party data.
  • Perform A/B and multivariate tests through a new, account-based lens.
  • Improve every experience with AI-powered automation and scale.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have access to Demandbase Personalization. 

You must have a paid Adobe Target license.

You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase.

Steps

  1. Use the Demandbase Account Connector to set up the Adobe Target integration. For instructions, see Set Up Demandbase to Send Data to an Integration: Account Connector.
  2. Continue setting up the integration in Adobe Target. For instructions, see Adobe Target Standard UI Integration.
