Context
Demandbase customers can harness the power of personalization with the Drift Conversation Cloud. Drift allows marketers and salespeople to create personalized chat experiences based on Demandbase One data and engage directly with target accounts to drive more meaningful interactions and increase sales velocity.
Using the Demandbase Drift integration, you can:
- Deliver better engagement and customer experience with personalized content recommendations based on chosen account attributes or customizable Journey Stages when accounts engage with a chat bot.
- Increase the impact of digital ads by extending the experience to a relevant conversation after clicking and viewing.
- Serve tailored ads through Demandbase Advertising Cloud to buyers showing intent through Visitor Intelligence and then bring them back to your website for contextual conversations that convert to sales opportunities.
Prerequisites/Preparation
You must have a paid Drift license.
You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase.
Steps
- Use the Demandbase Account Connector to set up the Drift integration. For instructions, see Set Up Demandbase to Send Data to an Integration: Account Connector.
- Follow the instructions from the Drift documentation to continue setting up the integration.
