The Predictive Score History page in Analytics lets you view the history of Pipeline Predict and Qualification Score label changes for a particular account. For example, you can see when an account's Pipeline Predict score label changed from Likely to Highly Likely. Reviewing these changes can help answer common questions and troubleshoot issues regarding predictive scores.
For each Predictive Score, you can find the following:
- Score name
- Type of score (Pipeline Predict or Qualification Score)
- New score label
- New score
- Previous score label (or example, Likely or Highly Likely)
- Previous score
- Date the score label changed (for example, date the score label changed from Likely to Highly Likely)
To access the page, select an individual account, and go to Analytics > Predictive Scores from the left navigation bar. You can use the filters above the table to filter by score name or score type.
Important: The Predictive Score History page is only available when you go to an individual account page.
