Admins can purchase additional AI Credits in Demandbase. After payment is confirmed, the credits are automatically added to your organization’s AI Credit balance.
Important: For questions about pricing and terms, contact your Demandbase Growth Account Director (GAD).
Prerequisites to Purchase AI Credits in Demandbase
- Your organization must not opt-out of Demandbase AI features. See Manage Agentbase Generative AI Capabilities.
- You must have Admin permissions in Demandbase.
Purchase AI Credits in Demandbase
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > System Monitoring > Credit Usage.
- Under Credit Balance, click Buy Credits.
- In the Add AI Credits window, select one of the following packages:
Important: You can select one package per checkout. To purchase additional credits, complete the first purchase and confirm that the balance has updated before starting another purchase.

- Click Continue to Payment.
- Complete purchase in Stripe.
Important: While Stripe processes the payment, do not refresh the page, close the window, or start another purchase. - After checkout, Stripe returns you to Demandbase. Demandbase verifies the payment before completing the purchase.
- When the payment is confirmed, the Payment Successful message appears and the purchased credits are automatically added to your tenant.
Tip: If you see a message, see Outcome of Purchasing AI Credits in Demandbase. - Click Done to return to the Credit Usage page and verify the updated balance.
Outcome of Purchasing AI Credits in Demandbase
The outcome message depends on whether you complete checkout and Stripe successfully processes the payment.

Troubleshoot Purchasing AI Credits in Demandbase
Use the following troubleshooting steps if you can’t purchase AI credits or your balance doesn’t update.
Buy Credits Option Is Not Available
If you do not see Buy Credits:
- Confirm with your Demandbase GAD that your tenant has the Demandbase AI SKU.
- Confirm that you are signed in as an administrator with permission to purchase credits.
- Contact Demandbase Support if both requirements are met and the option is still unavailable
AI Credit Balance Does Not Update
If your payment succeeds but the balance does not update:
- Allow Demandbase to finish verifying the payment. Do not start another purchase.
- After the success message appears, refresh the Credit Usage page.
- If the balance still does not update, contact Demandbase Support and provide:
- Tenant name.
- Purchaser email address.
- Approximate purchase time.
- Selected package.
- Stripe receipt or checkout reference.
Important: Do not send payment card details to Demandbase Support.
