Take Action: Add List to Audyence

Use Take Action to push high value accounts from Demandbase to lists in Audyence, streamlining account routing and engagement orchestration between the two systems.

Important: 

• You can only sync Account data to Audyence.
• You can use the Audyence integration on both Take Actions and Automation Actions. 

Prerequisites

• You must have a license for Audyence.
• You must integrate Demandbase with Audyence. 
• You must have a license for Demandbase One for Marketing.
• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set that provides access to Orchestration to set up Automations.

Steps

1. In Demandbase One for Marketing, choose one or more accounts (for example, from Analytics > Accounts or Database > Accounts) and click Take Action.
2. In the Take Action menu on the right, go to the Partner tab, and click Add List to Audyence.
3. Select the account list you want to push to Audyence.
4. Click Confirm.
