Take Action: Add List to Audyence

The Add List to Audyence action allows you to sync accounts from Demandbase to lists in Audyence for campaign activation

Important: You can only sync accounts to Audyence.

Prerequisites to Add Accounts to Audyence

• You must integrate Demandbase with Audyence. 
• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set that provides access to Take Action.
• You must have an account list in Demandbase to use as the list name in Audyence. Users must still select the specific accounts they want to send because the account list does not determine which accounts are sent.

Add Accounts to an Audyence List

1. In Demandbase One for Marketing, select the accounts you want to send to Audyence. For example, go to Analytics > Accounts or Database > Accounts > Account Lists > {Account List} > {Account Name}.
2. Click Take Action.
3. In the right Take Action menu, select the Partner tab.
4. Click Add List to Audyence.
5. In the Add List drop-down, select the account list to use as the list name in Audyence.
   Important: Demandbase sends only the accounts you selected in step 1. The account list selected in the Add List drop-down does not determine which accounts are sent.
6. Click Confirm.
